CD-RW Problems

Hello..I know this is probably a dim question!!!! but I have a 700MB CD-RW with 9.55MB of data stored on it.However, I can't reopen it to add more stuff.I also want to delete some old files that are stored on it...but they come up as read only files and cannot be deleted etc. How do I go about adding/ removing data from a cd-rw?

I would guess that the disc has been finalised, meaning that no more files can be added to it.

To delete the files you will need to erase the whole disc - make sure you copy the files you want to keep to your hard disc first!

Then you can copy the files back to the disc. If you want to add more at a later date, you need to make it multisession.

Thanks Charlie....I'll give it a go...the disc only contains old stuff anyway.
