Halifax Telephone Banking question

Hi i was wondering i phoned the halifax telephone banking service which is as you probably know automated to check balances transacs etc, but i saw there is now an automated transfer service now i kind of regularly have to speak to someone on the phone to transfer money to my friend who send like £100-£200 every now and again because he is also with halifax. My question: Can i use that automatic transfer option without speaking to anyone to do a transfer to someones personal account.
