O2 Insure problems

Hi - a bit of advice please?

I have a Samsung Tocco Ultra - signed up to a £30 a month 24 month contract. Insured with O2 Insure at £6 per month. On holiday the phone was dropped and is broken. O2 Insure says they will honour the claim but that they are not sending out any more Tocco Ultras. They offered me a Nokia N97 Mini instead. This is the only offer. It is a completely different type of phone to the Samsung. If I don't want it - basically - tough. I am only 6 mths into the contract which is a higher monthly package and cost than I need but took it to get the Samsung. Now they cannot give me a Samsung what do I do? Has anyone any advice please?

Thanks
