cant remove the Red quick Time

I cant remove the red quick time from the control panel. There for I cant upload I Tunes. Cause I need to uninstall that first I believe and then reinstall with I tunes. The other quick time the round green one I uninstalled. but the red one wont let me.

try pressing control alt delete to go into task manager then choose the processes tab and see if the quick time process is running if it is choose end process and then try to uninstall it0
