He's got to go for 4 figures.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

How would you justify it? Compensation isnt a reward, has the OP really suffered pain and suffering (mental obviously) to the tune of a grand or more?
I'm not saying he shouldnt try for it, but realisticly I cant see much more than a couple of months line rental as a gesture of good will. But as I say, I'm far from an expert in this field.
