Does anybody know if Charles Dunstone is still the head honcho at TalkTalk as I need to go further than the CEO to escalate a complaint to the highest possible level. A relevant postal address for him would also be greatly appreciated.

It si correct that Charles si the chairman and Dido is the CEO.
Details fo the complaints procedure can be found in the Code of Practice (link in my signature)

The purpose of my position is to answer the questions asked therefore I am not supposed to refer to the forum if this isn't relevant.
The OP's query was if Charles Dunstone is the CEO and the correct process for the escalation of complaints, which is the information I have provided.
MSE have seen it fit to remove the link to the Code Of Practice from the TalkTalk Company Rep signature, therefore I would advise this can be found on the TalkTalk Website (scroll to the very bottom of the page and this can be found in the grey hyperlinks)
