Are AXA thick?

I have a PPI with AXA to cover my mortgage. Well, as I am unemployed, I made a claim. All went well until last week.

I received from JC+, a form that had to be part-completed by me, and part by AXA. I did my part then sent it to AXA with a letter explaining what they needed to do.

Today I received-back the form from AXA. Guess what, that's right, they didn't fill their bit in, just sent it back.

Good job I will be signing-off the dole & canceling my PPI claim on Monday.

Yes. I think AXA are in a bit of a mess at the moment.

Part of their UK operation has just been purchased by Friends Provident.
