Home Insurance, New Insurance AGAIN?

I know this perhaps sounds a bit mean but heyho.......... its a bit of a struggle at the moment so looking for ways to cut down.
Last year had my home insurance with a company that gave a £60 cashback through Quidco. I have just received the renewal for a whopping amount! (I did not make a claim) Can I cancel my current policy and become a "new client" again?

You can of course ask the Insurers to lapse the renewal, so it is not automatically renewed.
In the process of then shopping around, you might go back to the same company as before, as a new customer.
This is not that unusual.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
