but any child benefit will be. If the child benefit isnt on the bank statements how does she expect the lender to take it into account?

no it goes into a book account not a current account and what she gets in on ch ben and csa letter she is taking proof of csa and ch ben with a letter they sent her

Do you not need to give over birth certificates when applying for child benefit? I don't understand how the kids could be on a child benefit letter if they are too old to qualify

only 1 is too old to qualify just and she s had ch ben years
she gets an annual letter from ch ben stating how much she gets week
ex s new hubby has altered amounts they tell me evrything its called trust

If it doesn't show on bank accounts at all it will be spotted and (if not already requested) proof such as the annual benefit statement requested.

You seem to be losing count how many kids she is still claiming child benefit for, you have said 1 then 2 ??? discrepancies in this story i reckon a troll! either that or just to many kids and to many fathers, but oh the trust between you all ... blah blah blah Kenny get a life!
