Got a question re one of my controllers for my 360, ive not had the 360 for a year yet recently ive noticed that the right shoulder button isnt quite as responsive as the left one, would i take oit back to the place where i bought or do i phone up microsoft and say its faulty, ive got the receipt, if i took it back to the shop where i got they wouldnt want the console as well would they

My guess is that you would need to go direct to the manufacturer, shops have a range of 30 days to 6 months in which you take it to them (depending on their T&C's) after that the warranty is then covered by the manufacturer.Out of my mind. Back in 5 minutes.0

C_R - before doing it, ring the store themselves. They will be able to tell you over the phone - saving you a trip to the local store.0

wrong - under the sale of goods act, your contract is always with the retailer and they must replace it if faulty within a reasonable period of time.0 -
