Hi, yes just to update, went in today, different member of staff, refunded me without any questions or problems!:money:
Just shows it really depends on who you end up speaking to! I expected to have difficulty, and got really nervous while I was in the queue, trying to remember to say 'sale of goods act' if it looked like they would refuse again, but she was as nice as pie!:T0
