...or has anyone never received their win at all?
I posted on here back on the 19th Aug worrying because my Twilight books had not arrived and it'd been 3 weeks...well i'm still waiting and starting to think they must've got lost or something....i had a kind reply from Idontmind saying CultureCritic are known for being slow for delivering their prizes but they do deliver in the end, but you'd think they'd get it out the way now as they are probably onto other comps now...anyway, i'll wait and see...i'm not emailing them again as last time i did they said my prize will be with me soon (with an explanation mark)

I don't think you should get worried yet as it not really that long. Most comps say within 28 working days but I have often waited much longer.
I am sure you will get your prize in the endBe Lucky Everyone0 -
My longest will be 6 months, I won a bespoke dress back at the beginning of July, it will be complete in December. To be fair though I knew it would take that long.
The oldest outstanding wins is a fitness DVD which I doubt I will ever receive - been waiting over two months and the company are now refusing to respond to any emails.
The next is a DVD which has been 7 weeks.
Plus various others that I have written off unfortunately.
I wouldn't worry too much about the wait, sometimes companies have to wait a little while to get the prizes into their hans before sending them on, or if there are multiple winners it can take a long time to get them all packaged and sent out.
Hope your win arrives soon

I waited about 8 months for a CD. I'm still waiting for my JJB Sports voucher - I mail them daily about this
I've only ever not received one prize, & seeing as I couldn't find the comp I couldn't really chase it up. 0 -
I waited 4 months for a pair of Fearne Cotton Converse Trainers.
Several emails & to be honest didn't think I'd get them after so long.Massive Thanks to all who post comps :A0 -
9 months!! had forgotten about the comp - thought it has passed us by! (I'm talking years ago here!)
Then we had a phone call, congratulations you have won £5000!!
My goodness, I can't tell you how much we were over the moon. Times were hard and this was the best news in the world. It was a slogan comp. We were walking on air for a long time! Will never forget it!:) xxMILITARY WIVES CHOIRSHELP for HEROES

I won something two weeks ago and I emailed yesterday to ask about it. The nice man said he was going to send it forthwith.
After reading some of the above I think I was a bit cheeky actually. I'll wait next time.0 -
I won £500 worth of sporting vouchers for my children's school through a radio station comp last October...
The radio station ceased to exist when it was taken over by Heart, the the prize provider then refused to supply the prize and said it should have been claimed when the previous radio station was running.
I contacted OFCOM who said that they couldn't help as raduio transmissions only have to be kept for 45 days, and the old radio's website didn't exist anymore.
I was really disappointed.
However I recently received an email from Heart to say that they couldn't possibly have the children disappointed and that they wee going to provide the prize themselves.
We are currently organising the presentation of the cheque and our local newspaper will be there to take pics and put a report in the paper.
So by the time it all happens it will have taken about a year from receiving my winning letter, to having the cheque presented.
All I can say is - Thank You Heart! xx0
