Replacement second key?

I have a 2008 Ford Fiesta with a remote locking key.
Somewhere inbetween moving houses I've managed to lose my second key. I'm now very nervous about what would happen if I lost my main key too, and the implications if I wanted to sell the car.
What sort of cost am I looking at to get another key? Will I have to get a completely new set with the car reprogrammed?

Ford Keys are quite easy to get hold of with a remote if you want but it would need the chip in the key cloned or a new chip programmed into the vehicles computer to work the immobiliser.
as for price for a non remote about £40-£80 and with remote £100-£150 these prices are all inclucive of coding and vat.
