Hi, quick question, when do they take the £12.50 charge from the account? I've just put my £100 into the account today to activate it, but I'm not sure of when they charge the fee for the account, and don't want to risk going overdrawn while I'm transferring my stuff over to this account.

Our payment is taken on the date of the month our account was originally opened. We opened ours on the 14th May so ours is always taken on the 14th of the month.February 2013 NSD - 40

I know the BOS Ultimate Reward Account provides AA cover, but are you classed as a "Member of the AA"?0

The monthly fee will debit your account on the day you upgraded to URCA, or the day that you funded the account with the £100 to activate it - Note that this isn't necessarily the day you applied for the account/the date it was 'offered'.
From April 2011, all URCA fees will debit accounts on the 1st of each month, as per the harmonisation of systems will Lloyds.0
