Tax credits renewal lost

I sent back my tax credits renewal in June but the revenue people say they did not receive it and therefore my tax credits have stopped. Is there anything that I can do?

Call the helpline with all your income details for last year and complete it on the telephone, but do it as soon as you can to get it restored.0
