Letter From The FBI Re: Ebay Trader

About 12 months ago I received a letter from the FBI (totally genuine) offering me victim support following the fraud comitted by an ebay user thebarry
The case was about to come to court and they promised to let me know the result. Anyway a year has gone by and I never received anything further and disposed of the original letter.
Anyone know what happened to him?
For those who had no dealings with him, have a look at the feedback...it isn't always 0 rated ones!
As it happened with me I wasn't a victim as i received the goods but I guess the FBI just wrote to everyone.

Must have been a long time before that that you traded with him.
Looks like he sold his last item in February or March 2002.
How about emailing them ?
