I recently noticed that my cash rewards of over £500 were not appearing on my statements so I decided to phone Littlewoods and enquire about it only to be told today that I should have received correspondence telling me of new terms and conditions were it stated that if I did not use this rewards within two years I would lose them.
I have told them I have not received such correspondence and anyway, do they honestly believe If I had received this letter I would not have used them? It was over £500!!!
Any advice? I have written to them following Consumer rights advice.
