Funnily enough, this has just happened to me with my Sky router. My other halfs laptop and my iPhone could connect to the router with no problems, but my laptop couldn't.
Turns out the wireless was failing on it, had the replacement through this morning and all is working fine now.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0 -

Will the router connect to another computer wirelessly?
If not I suggest you turn off both the router and the modem.
Wait for a couple of minutes then power up the modem, when it completes its login in turn the router back on.
Then try connecting again, remember passwords are case sensitive.
If this feels you can always connect the laptop via an Ethernet cable from the router. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Hi Thanx I have tried all that but no change. The main computer is in my bedroom so was hoping to get the laptop wireless otherwise its going to be awkward for her to use & I have no other computer to add to the router0
