Mr Kipling slices are currently on offer - 2 packs for £2 (18p saving). However, in my local store on Saturday I bought some Angel Slices and Mini Battenberg and the discount wasn't applied. The woman on the C/S desk tried telling me it was because Battenbergs aren't slices and so don't count, but when I pointed out the fact the SEL says they are included in the offer, she had to give me my money back

Went back in today and thought I'd see whether the glitch had been fixed - it hadn't, so got hubby to help me stock up on Battenbergs and various Mr Kipling slices whilst merrily pointing out the R&R policy to 3 other people who were pondering over the cake shelves. Felt no guilt whatsoever at doing this, having just seen that this morning Tesco announced record profits.

Yesterday I picked up

Boys briefs 2-3 yrs pack of five, all bright colours, one pair with lion on, another with a monkey and can't remember the other animals. Stickered £1.50, scanned £3.

Also some Loreal Night Cream (dermo expertise, anti sagging:eek: :eek: :eek: I turned 30 this year and have 2 young children so am now needing this stuff;) Anyway...) SEL said 2 for £15, charged £21.96. You may need to look hard for this one as SEL expired 12/9/06

I also got 2 annuals today - Noddy & Shoot with no discount, R&R given willingly (both had Pedigree on the cover).

Doritos 2 for £2 discount didnt come off at Redditch. 300g KP nuts (with 20% extra free) SEL 0.94 went through at 0.99.
Large packs British pork chops SEL £5.49 per kg, packs priced at £5.91 per kg.

£8.81 r+r no problem

Jaffa Oranges Bogof £1.79 pack
That is all the sign says, Big A4 sign. There are other oranges that are marked up Jaffa but they are the easypeel ones and go through till at £2.99. However, all were kept together in my store so got 3 of the easy peel and one of the others, R+R no probs

out o' Date SEL STILL up on the philips "Compact audio System" 3 white cubes, yellow SEL on the bottom of the shelf, higher price on the middle shelf.
Me: "OOO I'm too small, I always read the bottom labels!" LMAO, that was 2 weeks out of date!!

Noddy and Dandy, 2 for £8 got r+r

2 Bone Rib Roast, sel £6.78, pack £7.68 full r+r ( These are the big ones costing about £17.50 each!)

Bought Noddy and Score Annuals but the discount came off:rolleyes: But I did get girls Pyjamas in the sale were £7 reduced to £4.50 but charged £5.00 so better than nothing. Picture of a cat on the front of the top and the trousers are three quarters with a ribbon on the side - top aqua green and trousers lilac in a bag. Hope this helps someone.:rotfl:

The 'normal' tesco strawberries were priced correctly but noticed the 'finest' had a sel of £2.49 and a yellow A4 poster of £2.99... took the chance and they scanned at £2.99

Also got a few finest ready meals, they'd ripped off the £1 off on some of the sels but not others, guess which ones I liked the sound of more!

Also, free range whole chickens, 1kg-2.4kg, scans £7.22kg SEL £7.12kg - or something like that!

Edit - Almost forgot, picked up the olay too, bought one normal skin and one for dry, discount did not come off
