Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy a number of keyboard/mouse wrist pads to prevent RSI? I was looking to buy a few at a time and of course there are 3rd party sellers on amazon selling them cheap, however you're charged £4 P+P per item.

Most mouse/keyboard gel pads have not been designed with any knowledge of ergonomics and, since they usually restrict hand movement can excacerbate RSI.
My solution was to get a trackball (the Logitech Marble Mouse), which I use in my left hand (to give the right one a break!) and a Microsoft Internet Keyboard, which has a gently-sloping layout and a built-in wrist-rest.
Here's some pics so you can see what I'm talking about:

Hope this helps...0
