Hi, Ive been with npower for 8 months but looking at the comparison sites I should switch to atlantic for a £150/yr saving. But is it worth staying with Npower for a few more months to get the cashback? Im not sure if its paid yearly - does anyone know?
Thanks

Vicki

  • I have just finished with Npower and forgot about the cash bash , tried to contact them but 15 min wait so will leave it till monday. On the bumf I had when I started it said that if you have 2 fuels with them the credit will show on the as month elec statement. Now I am assuming that this is 12 months after you took it out. checked mine and it doesnt appear to be there so thats why I want to call them!

After you've been with npower and paid by monthly Direct Debit without a break for 12 months, you’ll receive a discount off your energy bill. Stay with us and continue to pay in this way and you'll get a £60 annual discount if you buy both gas and electricity, or £20 if you buy just one fuel.
