Conditions of entry

1. The prize is for two people (aged 18 years or over) and includes seven nights’ half-board accommodation at the four-star Hotel Bellevue, return flights to Innsbruck from a choice of UK airports, resort transfers, two lift passes, ski and boot hire for two, and three days of ski school.
2. The prize excludes travel to the airport in the UK, travel insurance and any spending money or additional costs. These are the responsibility of the winner.
3. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken during the winter 2010-2011 season, excluding the weeks starting 20/12/10, 28/12/10, 19/2/11 and 05/03/11.
4. The prize must be accepted as offered. There are no cash alternatives or cash substitutes for the prize. Prize is non-transferable and only valid for travel by the named prizewinner and a guest travelling together.

6. You can enter if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 18 years or over. Employees of the BBC, Crystal Ski or the Tirol Tourist Board, their families or any agencies or person connected with the promotion may not enter.
7. When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, we will publish your surname and county.

9. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.
10. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing time.
11. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final.
12. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Lonely Planet Magazine, 2/D1, Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TQ, within six weeks of the closing date.
13. We reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.
14. If we can’t contact the winner within one month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner-up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
