holiday bought over phone

Bought a hoiday over the phone when booking it i spelt mine and my partners name to the operator when the comformation came they had missed an e out of my name i tried to phone but no answer so i emailed them and filled in a form they needed for the airline this was in june. This week we had to pay the balance they have added over £50.00 to correct the spelling we had no choice but to pay can anyone tell me how to get this money back we are paying for there misstake
