Laminate flooring - quote for £ per square metre or £ per hour?

I've got 3 numbers for guys who lay laminate flooring - its that clic tile stuff, quite large boards - should I be looking for someone who quotes per sq metre or per hour or fixed fee - its a floor that runs thru small shower room, utility room & kitchen, no doors or skirting on yet & its just under 14 sq metres - oh if its any help I'm in Wales as apparently there's a difference in labour costs depending on where you live

if it was me I would want a fixed price . I wouldnt get anyone who quotes by the hour .How long will it take to fit ,answer as long as I want if you pay by the hour.0
