Late SORN - fine?

I've just declared SORN on 15 September. The tax expired on 31 August. Am I likely to get a fine for being one day over the permitted 14?

Comments

  • Nope. The fines don't go out until 2 whole months have lapsed so you'll be fine.

But you have declared SORN from the 1st of September haven't you? If so you will be ok.
