Capital One Transaction Dispute

in Credit cards
I've just been charged £105 without my authorisation. I thought I was signing up to a trial that would become a monthly subscription - should I choose to continue with the service. I've just spoken to Cap1 who say that I must speak to the merchant, it turns out that they are happy to offer me a refund but I must sign a form and return it, to an address in the USA. I should then get my money back within 15 days.
The trouble is that this has pushed me over my credit limit and Im not confident that I will get my refund within 15 days by sending a form to America. I've phone Cap1 again and the guy on the end of the phone was useless and kept telling me to talk to the merchant.
Im not happy with this as I never authorised the payment and the dispute team are closed. What should I do?!
Should I send the form or speak to Cap1 in the morning when the right dept. opens and then demand they dispute the transaction?
How long does this process take? I was also told that Im stuck with the £12.50 fee for going over my limit. Is this correct?
I really needed the money that was left on the card but now this transaction has ruined everything!
Please help!

I recently disputed a transaction with Capital ONE, but wasn't asked to send anything to USA?
They also froze any interest for that particular transaction. Luckily the merchant refunded it as I complained to them directly, speeding the process up.0
