whats the best company 4 gas and elec

At the moment im forking out £190 every 3 months for gas and electricity,after being on another forum on moneysavers today i was told to come here and get some advice.
i have a 1 bedroom house use the washing maybe twice every other day have a shower in the morning and a shower of a night and regards to my heating in the winter i have my gas fire on all day as my house gets so cold and i have a clothes heater as i have no radiators and leave that on till the clothes are dry every other day if i was not to dry my clothes in this way they would smell musty not fresh
so my question is should i stay with british gas or are there better deals out there and if so which one

There are better deals out there, Tan., and if you have never moved you will gain.
Try using energyhelpline comparison site, link at the top of this forum.
You will need your present annual consumption, and you don't have to sign up immediately. Time to think about it.
The cheapest gas, not sure, is EBICO at 2.55p per KWH,and ideal if you are on a prepayment meter. Tis a social tariff.Give it a go, tell us how you got on.
