Not received £100 from A&L

It's almost 3 month's since I opened the A&L Premier 50 account, the incentive was to bring over a few direct debits and I'd receive £100. It's almost 3 month's now, I have sent them a message a few days ago, but no reply. Also, they have not taken the £10 Premier 50 fee for 2 month's?
Again, have told them this, but no reply, so looks like a visit to a branch!

can you not call their customer service and try to sort it over the phone !0

No, they did all the switching for me, 5 DD's, called in today and was told it's ususlly paid from 11 weeks, so he said I should get it soon:j0 -
