Southern Electric overcharge of Tier 1 units

Options
Hi All,

Not been on here for a while.

I am with Southern Electric for dual fuel, currently on the Go 2 Tariff with NSC paying monthly by direct debit. Last year they switched me from quarterly to half yearly paperless bills. At the beginning of September I had the second bill for the year and noticed they have charged me for more units at the tier 1 (higher unit price) over the year both for gas and electric than the 4572 and 900 units respectively it should have been.

After contacting them they confirmed the error and adjusted the account

I wasn't a huge amount of money but if its a computer glitch and they are doing it to many customers its a lot of money to them!

Suggest any of you who are SE customers check your bills
