hi all, i had a loan with b-horse.
after many fone calls and many misleading sets of figures
i finally may have some good news,
the last call from them said i would get around £420.00 back as i had paid the loan off early...
after contacting a claims company they have now sent an letter of offer £8k+ ....wow....
please dont always believe everything ur told on the fone...
will let u no how i get on....fingers crossed..lol

Wow, well done. Do you have it in writing from the firm that they are redressing you the 8K plus or is it just the claims company that has told you this?

foned claim co. to ask what was taking so long,
regarding the settlement.
foned me back saying the letter was in a back log off mail , but had now found the offer letter from b-horse
which said that b-horse will repay the total premium which amounts to £8k+
told the guy on the fone i will believe it wen i see it...lol
(he is mailing me the letter of acceptance)...will no in a cpl of days .....stay tuned....yeeeehaaaa

Just hope this turns out to be true for you. You did say yourself that you should not believe all that is said in phone calls. I would also check how much this company (if they are being truthful that is!!) are thinking of taking off the redress also. Is the loan repaid in full?
