Mini sunflower seeds?

Ive been brought some mini sunflowers from M&S and i was wondering if you can get seeds from these and if you can how would i do it?:)

are they potted or cut?

If they are potted, just leave them until the seeds ripen then rub the flower with your thumb and the seeds should come away.

If they are cut, then you won't get seeds from it as they won't have been allowed to mature enough to grow.

I know they won't be as cheap as free seeds but they are cheaper to grow than buy
