Yes I managed to change mine at my local store but they were bemused at how cheap i got them. They did say that I should have paid the instore price but would just swop them this time.

Also received my order yesterday, am usually a 5 1/2 or 6 depends on shops, ordered a 5 1/2 and mine too have rubbed and made the backs of my heels bleed. so unhappy as they are really nice shoes. What do peeps usually do to soften up the backs, think these are quite hard.

Are they leather? If so vaseline rubbed in should help.

i ordered mine and they have said its dispatched for delivery today but so far nothing, do they send it by Royal mail or courier?

Courier is HND home network delivery, mine 6 days to come despite saying dispatched on day 3.

They are a bit tight, should have gone for a half size up but they don't do half sizes.

Went in today with my two pairs. Only had the lilac ones in stock in the size I needed. The sales assistant tried to see if she could order the blue ones in, but couldn't (this was before she'd seen how much I'd paid!).

I then had a bit of a problem getting the lilac ones exchanged, mainly due to the fact that they didn't know anything about the £15.00 off code. As I kept saying I was only exchanging the size of the shoe (and it wasn't my fault that the shoes came up small), so why did they need to refund the returned pair and then put the new ones through, the manager eventually agreed just to do an exchange.:T
I ended up just getting a refund on the blue ones as I couldn't face a round trip of 30 miles plus parking and then not getting the size I needed.

Oh, and the sales assistant didn't know about this website (and the Grabbit board) but she's got all the details now:D
