Clarks ladies pumps £ 15 off

I ordered damask silk in lilac. Shoes were a little tight but looked much nicer than I thought they would be. I thought I would wear them around the house to stretch them a bit. Did the washing up (as you do in your new shoes) and spilt a couple of drops of water on them. I can't believe it has marked the shoes. Now i have water marks on them that have seriously faded the colour. I can't believe that a little bit of water could have ruined my leather shoes. I take wipes my daughters clarks shoes regulary and that has never happened before. If they were suede i'd understand but feel a little bit disappointed that they ruined so easily. I'm going to try my daughters shoe magic on them to see if i can even out the colour.

i bought the salsa pumps in cherise.. mine arrived this afternoon in perfect condition.
i ordered a 5 1/2 which i am , everyone said to order a size bigger which i didnt these ones fit BUT i am wondering if i am better off going to store and trying the 5 as these are a bit big, not too much tho.. i just dont know what to do.. maybe the 5 will be too tight?

Just give them a good coat of protector spray and that will make them water and stain resistant

i had the gems in a size 6 1/2 the last shoes on the page i think
pinch my little toes a touch and a little big on the heel lol. ive never managed to buy shoes apart from crocs on line so i shouldnt be suprised

i also ordered the gem in 6 1/2, seemed comfy at home but.....went to pick my son up from school (10 min walk)by the time i got back i had bleeding backs of my feet....im usually a size 6

I received my shoes today (Damask silk in blue and lilac). I'm normally a size 6, which is what I ordered, but unfortunately they're too tight around my big toe - has anyone tried to change theirs for a different size in store?
