Well Done You :j
Great News - I would definetly sting them with expenses, they drag you through the courts without good cause and then don't turn up themselves - I would seriously consider writing a letter of complaint as well, don't let them get away with anything
Little rant over, my turn will come .............
"Enjoy" knowing you have come off better for it in the long run (probably not quite the right phrase under the circumstances, but I'm sure you know what I mean

Yes I very much you would find much good about them if you googled. All doom and gloom. Still they got their long awaited just desserts from me thankfully. The strange thing was I offered them £25 a month (reduced from £50) 3 months ago as I'm on the sick. I explained my situation but they refused my offer and went through the court route with their charging orders etc. Only the judge not only threw out their charging order case but also ordered I pay £20 which is less than I offerred them in the first place. So in effect they are worse off for going to court than if they would have been more helpful in the first place. Court needn't have been an option but hey ho there's no telling these people. Bully boys are all they are!0
