Sorry can't help on the question about your expenses but just wanted to say WELL DONE YOU!!!!!!:D:D:D
Its brilliant to see these t*ssers get what they deserve for a change:beer:0 -
Hi Gareth
Thats absolutely great news!
I'm not sure where you stand on costs, did you ask the Judge at the hearing?
Restons showed their colours when they couldn't even be bothered to turn up at court. The fact that the judge also reduced your payments I think was an indication as to how he viewed Resons behaviour too.
Enjoy a drink tonight hopefully they won't try this again on you

Thanks. No I forgot to ask the judge - I only thought about it on the way home. They have put me out for 2 days defending a case that didn't even have any substance to it. I know if I took them to court when I didn't have a prayer and they won, they'd be the first to add costs and who knows what else to the account. Surely it works both ways. I must say though that today was very satisfying. I have waited a long time for this day. The way they treat people is a disgrace and revenge was very sweet indeed0

Hi Gareth
Might be too late now but give the court a call in the morning and just ask the question.
Don't ask, don't get and it would be sweet if you could sting then for expenses too!

I personally would file a counter claim against them for costs, distress and just to kick them in the teeth.0

Well done mate and good on you for not letting them walk all over you. Like you say if it was on the other foot they would add a pile of charges onto your balance.

Well done for keeping your paperwork. I always tell people to send copies and keep the originals. You've done really well. Do phone the court, they will let you know whether you can put in a claim. Very well done.0
