Parcel Monkey rejecting claim! Help please.

Hi there,

I arranged the delivery of two packages through a company called Parcel Monkey, the items were expensive body parts (car!) and I paid for extra insurance on these goods.

One package went missing completely while the other was badly damaged and cost 2 hours labour at a bodyshop to repair (remove dents & creases).

They told me to expect a Form to be sent, which I never received... Chasing up they're now telling me that I'm outside of the allowed time to raise a claim therefore my claim is dismissed!

They only allow contact from online and do not give a contact telephone number.

What can I do?
