I have contacted this seller as I believe ha is scamming.
I also contacted 2 potential buyers to warn them to check his feedback carefully.

Well he has built up feedback over a very short period by buying 1p items. He could be a scammer, but he good also be a genuine seller who was advised to do this to build up feedback quickly.
On balance I wouldn't take the chance, especially as this is a high value item.
