Are there any Credit card that still use uk call centers,
I have just tried to have conversation with an indian
for capital one and could not understand what she was syaing, very fustrating, apart from that i wish to support companies that employ uk support call center staff. I also want to be able to manage and pay the card over the interenet as well.
Can anyone recomend any decent credit cards.

Natwest claim to have UK based call centres. You could look at their cards.
Thing to remember is that a UK call centre will cost more to run than an Indian one - so the extra cost of that call centre will go against the comparable product you're going to get.
Personally - I find some of the thicker accents around the UK harder to understand than some of the Indian call centres ... it's swings and roundabouts.0 -
Halifax, Bank of Scotland, RBS, Nat West.0

If you do get through to an outsourced call centre-you can normally be asked to be transferred through to a customer services in UK.
Or try
https://www.saynoto0870.com or whatever it's called and ring the UK landline
