Jobseekers Guide - Self Employed Credit

I've been unemployed for more than 13 weeks so am eligible for the "Self Employment Credit" which I am considering.

I've won a contract starting on Monday. This requires me to have limited company. I have a dormant limited company, so that's not a problem. But am I still eligible for the "Self Employment Credit" - does any one know?

The guidance I have from Jobcentreplus says "additional guidance is in Chapter 7 of the Additional Support for Jobseekers Guide". Does anyone know where I can find this? I've tried googling....

Debts at 14/07/10: £278,091 inc £24k unenforceable and £16k consumer debt. But House no longer derelict!!!
