I feel humble

Ive just been reading some of the threads below of how people have been in so much debt (which in todays society is so easy) and thanks to this site are making huge headway with their life and finances. I have been very fortunate in my life that with every financial crisis Ive had.....i.e. being a lager lout teenager, getting divorced and paying "him" out etc, I have changed my job for a better salary to cover my bills.

I came on here to say that MSE, who I stumbled across on a search engine, has made a massive difference to my life. I have picked up some great bargains and codes, christmas was delivered at a snip of the normal price, birthdays are now always catered for, flights and hotels are just getting cheaper by the month.

I would like to thank Martin for starting this site with it's chat forum but it is also heartening to know that people who are feeling desperation from their financial predicament are finally getting free, expert help for the future.

I wonder sometimes if he realises the impact he has on people, with his help and advice.:)

Totally agree with all of the above. For me what I like best about Martin is that what he says is so encouraging, empowering and non-patronising, even for someone like me who has previously felt paralysed by the financial systems we are manipulated by and at the mercy of.

I totally agree with everything said here,

I came across MSE after seeing Martin on This Morning some time ago, and noted down the address, i visited occassionally to pick up some ideas on savings etc and enjoyed reading the threads.

Now I cant stay away, it really is home from home and everyone on here is very special in there own way, I dont have all the answers but i try to be encouraging where possible and its been a life saver to me this site,

Thankyou Martin and to everyone else who makes visiting this site a worthwhile experience xxx
