Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the prize draw you must create and save 'Your Blackpool Movie' complete with personal details.
2. 'Your Blackpool Movie' must be available for viewing on 1 November 2010.
3. The closing date for entries is 31 October 2010.
4. The draw will take place at mid-day on 1 November 2010, with the winner being selected at random and notified directly by e-mail by a member of Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board.
5. If the winner does not contact Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board within 7 days of notification the prize will be forfeited and another winner picked at random.
6. Only one movie per person will be eligible for the prize draw.
7. No purchase is required.
8. Entry to the prize draw is open to UK and overseas residents over 18 years old before the closing dates.
9. The winning family or group may comprise a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
10. Those employed by Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board, respective advertising/promotional agencies and partners involved in the campaign are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
11. The prize includes annual family passes for Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach Resort, SEA LIFE centre, Sandcastle Waterpark and Blackpool Zoo. The winner must abide by the terms and conditions of the passes for each attraction.
12. The prize includes a VIP trip for 2 nights during 2011 to Blackpool. This VIP trip will include 2 nights’ accommodation and many 'money cannot buy' experiences. This trip will be forfeited if the winner is unable to take the trip at the time arranged.
13. No cash alternative will be offered for any or all parts of the prize.
14. Winners must be able and willing to participate in any public relations activity as organised by Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board and its partners.
15. Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board takes no responsibility for incomplete entries.
16. Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board and their partners reserve the right to amend the rules of the prize draw or cancel it at any time without prior notice.
