Broken Computer - help please

Hi can anyone advise me, my son bought a £700 computer 3 months ago and it has been sent back twice in 2 months as it kept blue screening and crashing, he has not been told by the company what they did to try and fix it. They seem to be messing him about. He just wants a refund now as apparently they dont stock the model anymore, is he entitled to have his money back. Thx :)

As far as I'm aware he can have a repair, refund or replacement at the shops discretion, they can chose which he gets and they are within the law to repair it as long as it's not causing a great inconvenience to him (and it's very ambiguous what is classed as inconvenient or too long a time)
