Opinions on Roofing Quote

I have been quoted for some roofing work on a standard 1930s semi-detached in Kent.
A redundant chimney is a bit unstable. To remove it, and batten, felt and tile the resulting hole is quoted at £650.
The previous owner put upvc facias on to wooden originals, which is starting to cause problems (wood is rotting). I have been given a price of £1250 to replace existing soffits and facias, and guttering and downpipes - all with Upvc materials.
Any opinions on these prices would be gratefully received.
