1. Entry is open to UK residents aged over 18 and over, excluding English Heritage employees, their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Those subscribing to the English Heritage days Out Newsletter online at www.english-heritage.org.uk/about/news/newsletter/sign-up before 30th September 2010 will automatically be entered into the draw to win a prize of a Holiday Cottage Break.
3. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision during the week beginning 4th October 2010. The winner will be notified by phone, email or post - depending on the details they provided at the time of subscribing to the newsletter. The winner will be required to confirm in writing, to English Heritage, National Campaigns, NMRC, Room 1/20, Kemble Drive, Swindon SN2 2GZ, their acceptance of the prize within one month, if they fail to do so they will have been deemed to forfeit the prize and another name will be chosen at random from the draw.
4. The prize available comprises a weekend stay for 4 people in 'Band B' or 'Band C' English Heritage Holiday Cottage.
5. If the winner wishes to stay at a 'Band A' they have the opportunity to do so by paying the difference.
6. The booking of the English Heritage Holiday Cottage is subject to availability. All bookings must be made by March 31st 2011 and taken before 30th September 2011.
7. No booking is accepted until English Heritage has confirmed it to you in writing.
8. Travel and personal insurance is not included. The winner partakes in all activities at their own risk.
9. The prize is subject to English Heritage's own terms and conditions. For more information on English Heritage's full Holiday Cottages terms and conditions please visit www.english-heritage.org.uk/holidaycottages.
10. No alternative prize will be offered. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
11. English Heritage reserves the right to vary the prize at their discretion.
12. English Heritage reserves the right to publish the names of winners and use these for promotional purposes.
13. For the winner's name and county please send a stamped addressed envelope to Holiday Cottage Prize Draw, Customer Services, English Heritage, PO Box 569, Swindon, SN2 2YP after 30.11.10.
