Best bank account while I reduce my £2000 overdraft

Hello,

I currently have an account with RBS which has a £2000 overdraft. I graduated just over 3 years ago, so until now I haven't paid much interest on this. I'm now being charged upwards of £15 a month. I've worked out a debt plan to clear the overdraft, but I'm wondering if there is any other option with another bank to have the overdraft and pay less per month until I can pay the debt off.

I noticed that Santander are doing a deal where you get £100 for transferring, and 0% if you go overdrawn, but since I'd need to start at being so far overdrawn, I'm not sure that they'd take me on!

Any ideas?

Thank you.
