PXE-E61 error on a Dell Laptop - Number ofr Dell Technical Support?

My laptop crashed last night displaying the following message:
PXE-E61
Media Test Failure
PXE-MOF Exiting Broadcom
Operating System Not Found PXE-ROM
Now I have searched online and found some suggestions that sound quite striaghtforward.
My laptop is out of warranty but I took out an extended warranty as last year I had a problem with the DVD drive and at the time Dell were doing a special offer so it made sense to take it out, I would not normally.
I am sure this problem can be fixed over the phone and as I have the warranty I think I should ring Dell and go through it with them rather than try the suggestions on the internet but all I have is the Dell technical support number at a nice high rate.
I am sure when I took out the extension it came with a freephone number for technical support but I cannot locate the paperwork and at work the Dell site is blocked for some reason.
Does anyone out there have the freephone number or knows any more about this error?
thanks.
