Cashback Queries - Orange Mobiles

In December 2009 I bought 2 mobile phones (one for me one for my partner) on the Orange online store via CashbackKings. CashbackKings were offering a promotion at the time of £100 per contract, which met the following criteria:

• £30+ per month
• 18+ month contract
• Sign up pre-Christmas

Both my contracts did this, and I have not received any cashback. Yesterday I received a mail from CashbackKings saying the merchant (I assume Orange) has rejected my claim for cashback but would not offer any explanation why.

CashbackKings do not have a phone number and any email I send them is met with the same automated reply "we're looking into it, be patient". I feel that waiting 10 months for cashback I am owed is patient enough, however no longer know what to do.

From reading the T&C's of CashbackKings, they state they only pay the customer (me) when they get paid by the merchant (presumably Orange). I can only assume that for nop reason Orange have not paid CashbackKings. Where do I stand with this?

I have tried contacting Orange who flatly refuse that they offer any cashback deals, which I guess is fair enough, but they are offering incentives to most cashback sites, which come to the customer in the form of cash (or points).

Any assistance anyone out there can offer would be greatly appreciated - I've got £200 sat going to waste somewhere and I want it!!

As with all these sites cashback is not guaranteed, its a bonus and should be treated as such.
