Travel Insurance for NYC

Hi, I am going to New York in October for 9 nights and am trying to find a suitable insurance for myself and my 2 nieces (aged 18 and 13) My main concern is for the health/accident cover for us in case of hospitalisation. All the insurance covers I have looked at give less cover for the youngest, any recommendations please for a decent cover for all 3 of us? (without being majorly costly, the PO cover is £150!!) thanks for any help
