Small flatscreen TV

Hi folks
We've just moved into our first house and we're on the lookout for a small (15 or 17") flat screen TV for the bedroom.
Can anyone recommend a TV thats on the market...ideally less than £200 with a good picture - the ones I've looked at so far look pretty poor.. The cheaper the better.
The best ones I've found on pricerunner are two Samsung ones for £180ish which I might go with but wanted other peoples suggestions before taking the plunge?
Thanks!!!

I often look at them in local Tesco and I can tell you that the Sony 15" is head and shoulders above the rest on display for a decent picture.
Think its around £260 though.0 -
