Ground rent wrong

Just had a first demand for payment of a years ground rent. I've looked at the lease and it clearly states 'The Rent payable from and including the date of this Lease to and including 31 December 2016 is £150 per annum'. They, however, have demanded £250 for the year.

I've mailed the management company who sent the request to send a revised invoice, will it be as simple as this to get them to change the amount?

Write to them enclosing a cheque for the correct amount and tell them to go whistle for the rest.
